and increase range of motion and blood circulation.
Bioness L300
This Neuroprosthetic and Rehabilitation System from Bioness, Inc., is a non-invasive device that uses electrical stimulation to greatly improve walking function. The NESS L300 may retrain muscles, reduce spasticity, prevent atrophy, and increase range of motion and blood circulation.
iBOT
The INDEPENDENCE® iBOT® 4000 Mobility System is a patented gyro-balanced personal mobility system that encompasses five functions not found in any other single mobility device. The iBOT® offers a combination of five unique functions, including: Balance, Stair, 4-Wheel, Standard and Remote. These functions allow users to: go up and down a flight of stairs with or without assistance; reach high objects and provide mobility at an elevated eye-to-eye level; lower themselves to sit comfortably under a desk; or travel over a variety of uneven terrain, such as sand, gravel, or grass. Harmarville is currently offering assessments for the iBOT® Mobility System for appropriate clients. Trained clinicians, in coordination with Independence Technology, provide assessment and training with the iBOT® Mobility System.
The INDEPENDENCE iBOT Mobility System is a specialized power wheelchair which performs many unique wheeled mobility actions, such as 4-Wheel drive function, stair climbing function with or without caregiver assistance, and balance function, which allows the operator to drive and maneuver from a stable elevated position. Harmarville is currently offering assessments for this mobility system for appropriate clients. Trained clinicians, in coordination with Independence Technology, provide assessment and training with the iBOT seating and mobility system.
Balance Master

Patients at Harmarville also benefit from the use of the LiteGait System, as it can be used over ground, or in conjunction with a treadmill. The system can allow for safer, more effective gait training with some patients.
Myomo
The Myomo e100 System a recently FDA approved robotic device for the upper extremity is now available at Harmarville. The Myomo helps patients regain motion in their arms. The device, worn as an arm brace, works by sensing weak electrical activity in patient’s arm muscles and provides just enough assistance to allow the patient to complete simple exercises. Harmarville is one of the initial facilities in the nation to have the opportunity to use this device.
Hand Mentor
